摘要
对4号溶剂低温浸出葡萄籽油的方法及其工艺过程进行了介绍,并将4号溶剂浸出粕和毛油与6号溶剂浸出粕和毛油质量进行了对比。结果表明,4号溶剂低温萃取葡萄籽油,其浸出产品残溶低,产品质量好,而且可节约大量溶剂和蒸汽,降低了油脂加工成本。
Tile process of low temperature extraction of grape seed oil by 4# solvent was introduced. The meal and crude oil obtained by 4# solvent were compared with those by 6# solvent. The result showed that 4# solvent extraction technology had many merits, such as low residual solvent, high quality of the product, saving solvent and steam, and low processing cost.
