摘要
创业型技术创新是一种创业和技术创新结合的技术创新类型。和既有企业的技术创新及非技术含量的创业比较,创业型技术创新呈现了较高的技术含量、更高的风险性、技术和资本联姻更紧密、需要更多的社会条件支撑等特点;在创业型技术创新过程中,技术原核经历了构思和雏样的形成、孵化、生产性开发、市场推广、持续发展中的再创业等一系列过程,实现了生产要素的新组合,诞生出一个新企业,同时创业者完成了从发明家到企业家的角色蜕变。
Entrepreneurial technology innovation is a new form of technology innovation which combine the technology innovation with entrepreneurship.Comparing with existing technology innovation of enterprises and low level entrepreneurship,entrepreneurial technology innovation has varies of features such as the higher technique level,the higher risk for entrepreneurship,more combination of capital and technique and needing more support from society and government.The technical core experiences the stages from incubation,development,promotion and continuing to realize commercialization during the process of entrepreneurial technology innovation,to recombine the agents of production,and finally generate a new business.At mean time,the poineering persons also complete the transformation from inventors to real entrepreneurs.
