摘要
本文以我国创新基金1999-2004年资助的科技型中小企业为样本,采取计量分析方法,识别影响政府直接资助企业技术创新绩效的因素,从促进经济发展的创新政策视角来探讨政府资助科技型中小企业技术创新活动的激励效果。
Adopting computation method and taking as sample the S＆T enterprises financed by China Innovation Foundation during 1999-2004, the paper probes into the effects of inspiring the S＆T enterprises from policy angle of promoting economic development and the ideal area of financing the S＆T enterprises.
