摘要
本文针对当前双极型IC CAD发展缓慢的原因,提出一些看法,然后给出一个理想的CAD系统的模型,最后借助于知识工程描绘出一个综合CAD系统的结构.这个系统既可以解决传统算法所解决的问题,也可以解决一些非形式化的问题,特别适合于双极型IC 的设计.
This paper puts foreward some viewpointsabout why the CAD in the field of bipolar IChas been developing slowly,and draws out someimportant problems from the current CADsystems,Continuing onward,an ideal CAD modelis provided,Having the aid of the knowledgeengineering,this ideal model is refined to an“Integrate CAD System(ICAD)”,which cansolve not only the formal problems by traditi-onal algorithms,but also the informal problemsthrough an expert system,Therefore,this sys-tem is appropriate to the design tasks of bipolarIC.
