摘要
根据微量铁的测定方法,用邻菲罗啉分光光度法测定工业废水中铁的含量,方法简便,快捷,准确。工业废水中的铁多以Fe3+存在,用盐酸羟胺还原为Fe2+后,Fe2+能与邻菲罗啉形成有色络合物,可用分光光度法测定。在实际操作过程中,探讨了最大吸收波长,显色时间,pH值等对测定结果的影响,确定最佳实验条件后,完成对铁的测定。结果令人满意。
The determination of iron in the industrial waste water was investigated by spectrophotometry with 1,10-phenanthroline,according to method for determination of trace iron.The method is simple,fast and accurate.The iron in the industrial waste water exists in the form of Fe3+,with hydroxylamine hydrochloride to Fe2+.Fe2+ and 1,10-phenanthroline can formed a colored compound which can be determined by spectrophotometry.The effects of maximum absorption wavelength,coloration time,pH value on determination result were discussed in actual mechanical process,and iron determination was finished after determination of the optimal experimental conditions.The result is satisfied.
