摘要 本文用正交试验法选定了以邻菲罗啉为显色剂差示法测铁的显色条件是10%盐酸羟胺溶液1ml,0.5%邻菲罗啉溶液3ml和1mol/L的醋酸钠溶液5ml,实验确定了最佳参比液50ml.浓度为10μg/ml,在此基础上拟定了铁的差示光度测定方法。该法用于铁矿及硅酸盐中高含量、常量铁的测定,结果令人满意。 The optimum conditions of determinating iron with differential spectrophotometry have been selected with the help of orthogonal test. The conditions are 1,10-phenanthroline (3ml, 0. 5%),NH_2OH·HCl(1ml,10%) and NaAc (5ml, 1mol/L). Based on experiment it is established the optimum reference solution 50 ml in which iron concentration is 10μg/ml. This method has been applied for determinating iron of high content and normal content in iron ore and silicate with satisfactory result.
