摘要
目的:通过研究蒙药珍宝丸对大鼠坐骨神经钳夹损伤的影响,评价蒙药珍宝丸在周围神经损伤修复中的作用。方法:采用成年SD大鼠20只、雌雄不限,将大鼠右侧坐骨神经通过钳夹造成损伤模型,随机分成2组,给药组和对照组,每组10只。给药组灌胃珍宝丸混悬液(2ml/100g),对照组灌胃生理盐水(2ml/100g),共灌胃3周。术后第2周和第4周通过大鼠坐骨神经功能指数(SCiatic fuction index,SFI)、组织形态学及电子显微镜检查,观察蒙药珍宝丸对损伤坐骨神经的影响。结果:术后2周和4周实验组大鼠SFI值均显著高于对照组,组织学观察显示实验组的有髓神经纤维密度、髓鞘厚度都高于对照组。
Objective： to test the effects of ZhenBaoWan on nerve regeneration.Methods： 20 adult Sprague-Dawley rats weighing 250g±20g underwent unilateral（right）sciatic nerve crush. 1.25g/kg ZhenBaoWan administered orally to ten rats in experimental group three weeks , another ten rats in control group received saline orally for three weeks. The animals were kept in standard room conditions and fed with standard rat diet and water ad libitum. 2 week and 4 week after injury, functional and electromyography assessments of nerves were pedormed. Functional recovery was analyzed using a walking track assessment, and quantified using the sciatic functional index （SFI）. The sciatic functional index（SFI） in experimental group on 2 week after injury is above signifieenfly from control group（P=0.007）. Likewise, SFI in experimental group on 4 week after injury is above significently from control group （P=0.03）. In microscopic evaluation,we observed the highest number of nerve regeneration in experimental group and the lowest in control group.
