摘要
目的了解本院口服抗高血压药物的使用情况及发展趋势。方法采用限定日剂量分析方法,对本院2008~2010年口服抗高血压药物的药品名称、数量、销售金额、用药频度、日均费用等指标进行统计分析。结果本院口服抗高血压药物销售金额和用药频度逐年增长,钙离子拮抗剂（CCB）近3年的销售金额最高,其次是血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）;血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂（ARB）近2年的使用频率最高,CCB排第2位。单品种排序中氨氯地平和厄贝沙坦的销售金额列第1和第2位,在用药频度（DDD s）排序中厄贝沙坦和氨氯地平居前2位。结论本院口服抗高血压药物的使用基本合理。
Objective To investigate the application and trends of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital.Methods The name,quantity,sales amount,defined daily doses（DDDs）,average daily costs and other indicators of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital from 2008 to 2010 was counted and analyzed by the defined daily dose method.Results The sales amount and frequency of oral antihypertensive drugs increased year by year.The sales amount of the calcium channel blockers（CCB） was the maximum in the last 3 years,followed by angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker（ARB） and angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor（ACE1）.The use frequency of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor blocker（ARB） was the highest in the last 2 years,followed by CCB.Amlodipine and irbesartan are the top 2 in the sales amount column.In DDDs column,the top 2 drugs were amlodipine and irbesartan.Conclusion The application of oral antihypertensive drugs in our hospital was rational.
