摘要
目的对本院抗高血压药物的使用情况进行分析,为临床合理、安全、有效地应用抗高血压药物提供参考。方法查阅本院2009-03~2010-02间高血压或合并有高血压的住院患者出院病历150份,采用M icrosoft excel软件,对用药品种、数量、药物利用、联合用药情况进行统计,并分析病历和审查处方用药的合理性。结果用药频率最高的3类抗高血压药分别为钙拮抗剂（CCB）、利尿剂和血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂（ACEI）;使用频度最高的前3个品种为美托洛尔、雷米普利和氨氯地平;用药方式以二联（35.31%）和三联（26.57%）为主;药物利用指数大部分在0.5~1.33之间。结论本院抗高血压药物的应用基本符合中国和欧洲高血压防治指南。此次调研的病例合并症多、合并用药较多,应注意避免药物联用引起的不良反应,保障用药安全。
Objective To analyze the utilization of antihypertensive drugs in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical College,and to provide reference for rational application of antihypertensive drugs in the clinic.Methods The medical records of 150 discharged inpatients with hypertension during March 2009 and February 2010 were reviewed.The kind,quantity,and combination of antihypertensive drugs were recorded by excel.The medical records were analyzed to exam the rationality of the drug application in the prescriptions.Results Calcium antagonists（CCB）,diuretics,and ACEI took the first 3 places in medication frequency.Metoprolol,ramipril,and amlodipine were prescribed most frequently.Antihypertensive drugs were mainly used in bigeminy（35.31%） or trigeminy（26.57%）.DUI of medicine was mostly between 0.5 and 1.33.Conclusion The application of antihypertensive drugs in our hospital is basically in line with the medication guidelines for hypertension recommended in China and Europe.
