摘要
目的：总结颈部开放性外伤临床救治的经验教训。方法：回顾性分析经手术治疗颈部开放性外伤患者28例（单纯清创12例，气管切开9例，X光定位摘取异物3例，胸腔引流2例，食道修补2例）。结果：治疗效果全部令人满意。结论：处理颈外伤应注意有无重要脏器损伤，警惕隐匿性伤口及出血。及时、正确处理是决定预后的关键。
To study the treatment of neck trauma. Methods:TWenty - eight cases underwent surgical treatment (12 cases were cured by simple epluchage, 9 by tracheotomy, 3 by X-ray localization, and 2 by closed thoracic drainage. Eaphagus repair was done in 2 cases. Results: All patients were cured.Conclusion: All wounded organs and tissues should be repaired to save patients'lives, and cloctors should be alert to the concealed hemorrhage and latent wounds.Correct and immediate treatment is the mot important the factor of prognosis of neck traumas.
