摘要
目的:总结分析颈部外伤救治的临床经验及措施。方法:回顾性分析29例颈部外伤患者的临床资料。结果:所有患者手术后均存活,20例开放性外伤患者中,创口均在I期愈合,复诊有3例遗留声嘶。9例闭合性外伤中,痊愈6例,无声嘶,另外3例气管切开2周后拔管,2例伤口愈合,1例给予肠线缝合后伤口愈合。结论:颈部外伤救治时重点在于防止出血及抗休克,改善呼吸障碍。
Objective Analysis neck trauma＇s clinical experience in the treatment and measures.Methods Retrospective analysis of the neck trauma patients treated our clinical data of 29 patients.Results All the patients were alive,after surgery in patients with traumatic 20 cases of openness,wound healing,both in stage I return have 3 cases at left.9 cases of traumatic,closed at six patients recovered,3 cases（2 weeks after the trachea decannulation,2,and 1 case wound healing to gut suture after wound healing.Conclusion The neck injury during treatment is to prevent hemorrhage and resistance to shock and improve respiratory disorders.
