干旱胁迫对真桦苗木抗氧化系统及脂质过氧化的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以不同土壤水分处理真桦苗木,测定丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的动态变化。结果表明:干旱胁迫处理组叶片MDA含量始终高于对照,3周时重度干旱组MDA含量达到对照的2.1倍;轻度胁迫处理组,真桦叶片内SOD和CAT活性升高;中度和重度胁迫处理组,胁迫第1周和第2周,SOD活性升高时,CAT活性随之升高,但胁迫3周后,SOD活性升高,CAT活性却急剧下降,胁迫过程中,POD活性始终低于对照水平。 An experiment was conducted to study the effect of drought stress on the dynamic variations of malondialdehyde(MDA) contents,relative conductance,superoxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD) catalase(CAT) activities in Betula maximowicziana seedlings by artificially controlled soil water gradients.Result shows tat: MDA content in the leaves of drought stress are always higher than that of CK;MDA content in the heavy drought group(T3 group) is 2.1 times as large as the CK in the 3rd week;SOD CAT activities in the leaves of Betula maximowicziana increased in the mild stress treatment group(T1 group);in the moderate heavy stress treatment group(T2 T3 group),CAT activities increase with the increase of the SOD activities in the 1st 2nd weed under drought stress,but CAT activities significantly declined with the increase of the SOD activities 3 weeks after the drought stress.POD activities in drought stress are lower than that of the control.
