米诺环素治疗大鼠肺部白念珠菌感染中血浆β-葡聚糖变化的探讨

摘要 目的探讨肺部白念珠菌感染的大鼠通过米诺环素治疗前后血浆β-葡聚糖的变化,评价米诺环素的抗念珠菌活性。方法成年SD大鼠60只分为3大组(健康组、感染未治疗组、治疗组),其中治疗组又分为口腔给药一周、鼻腔给药一周、口腔给药两周和鼻腔给药两周4组,通过气管插管滴入白念珠菌混悬液,建立大鼠肺部白念珠菌感染模型,再进行米诺环素治疗,检测大鼠感染前、治疗前和治疗后的血浆1,3-β-D-葡聚糖。统计方法采用T检验。结果口腔和鼻腔给药一周后与阈值比较P<0.01有显著差异,经两种途径治疗两周后与阈值比较P>0.05,没有差异。鼻腔给药一周和给药两周P<0.01有显著差异,与感染组比较:鼻腔给药一周P=0.081,没有差异,给药两周P=0.000,有显著差异,口腔给药一周P=0.446,没有差异,给药两周P=0.001,有显著差异;口腔给药一周与两周比较P=0.002有显著差异。鼻腔和口腔给药一周P=0.314没有差异,与感染组比较P=0.351,没有差异;鼻腔和口腔给药两周P=0.680没有差异,与感染组比较P=0.007有显著差异。结论米诺环素对大鼠肺部白念珠菌感染有抗菌活性,且疗效与治疗途径和时间有关。 Objective To explore the chance of β-glucan of pulmonary Candida infection in rats, and to appraise anti-Candida activity of minocycline. Methods 60 SD rats are divided into three-groups (healthy group, infection group, treatment group). Treatment group is divided into four groups, including oral and nasal for medicine for a week, oral and nasal for medicine for two week, to drips into the fungus suspension for establishing fungus infection model,and treatment plasma 1,3-β-D-glucosan of three-groups after treatment. T test is used. Results Oral and nasal for medicine after a week and thresholds is P〈0.01, there is remarkable differences, the two ways for two weeks and thresholds is P〉0.05, there is no difference. Nasal drug for a week and for two weeks is P〈 0.01, there is remarkable differences. Compared with infection group, nasal for medicine after a week is P=-0.081, there is no difference ,and for two week is P=0.000. Oral medications a week is P=0.446, and two week is P=0.001. Oral medications a week with two weeks is P=0.002, there is remarkable differences. Oral medications a week with nasal is P=0.314. Oral and nasal medications two week is P=0.680, and compared with infection group is P=0.007. Conclusion Minocycline has the anti-Candida activity for pulmonary Candida infection in rats, furthermore effectiveness has some connection with ways and time.
