摘要
在1960N试验负荷、无滑差润滑条件下,测定了一种低碳贝氏体钢和铸造高锰钢与碾钢轮钢滚动接触疲劳寿命.测定结果表明,在相同试验条件下低碳贝氏体钢的滚动接触疲劳寿命约为6×106周次,比高锰钢高两倍.低碳贝氏体钢的接触疲劳失效表面出现麻坑剥落和条状剥落;高锰钢接触疲劳失效表面除出现麻坑剥落和细小点状剥落,还出现铸造缺陷引起的粗大麻坑剥落.低碳贝氏体钢的高强度使之有高的滚动接触疲劳寿命.强度低和形变李晶引起的微裂纹,特别是铸造缺陷,导致高锰钢滚动接触疲劳寿命低于低磷贝氏体钢.
The rolling contact fatigue life was measured for low carbon bainitic steel and the high -manganese steel in contact with the steel for rolled wheel at load of 1 960N under oil lubricated condition. The measufed result has shown that the rolling contact fatigue life for the low carbon bainitic steel achieves about 6.143×106 cycle number, and is two times higher than that for the high-manganese steel. A pockmark and strip -like spalling appear at the failure contact surface for the low carbon bainitic steel. Besides a pockmark and fine spot spalling, however, a coarse pockmark spalling due to casting flaw shows at the failure contact surface for the high-manganese steel. The high ro1ling contact fatigue resistance for the low carbon bainitic steel results from its higher strength. The low strength and the work hardening caused by deformation twin for the high- manganese steel, particularly the casting flaw, lower its rolling contact fatigue resistance.
