摘要
通过对铁路货车碾钢轮堆焊焊接性和接头性能的分析,指出现行碾钢轮轮缘堆焊修复工艺中存在冷、热裂倾向严重及堆焊层抗磨损和抗剥离性能差等问题,并在分析探讨的基础上,提出了工艺改进措施。
Through evaluating the weldability and welding joint properties of the overlaving welded flange ofrolled steel wheel for freight cars,it is pointed out that great tendency for hot cracking or cold cracking,lowwear resistance and low peel strength exist within the we1ded zone in the current resizing process. on thebasis of above discussion,corrective measures are suggested.
