摘要
本文介绍了自动变速器换档阀的逻辑表达方法,以4L80-E自动变速器为例,列出其三个换档阀及手控阀的逻辑表达式,对换档操纵油路进行逻辑分析,讨论了该自动变速器换档结合元件的接合与分离条件。
The logic expression method of automatic transmission shifting hydraulic system is presented.Take 4L80-E automatic transmission for example,three shift volve and manual volve＇s logic expressions are listed.This paper also analyzes its shift hydraulic control logic,and discusses apply and release qualifications of this automatic transmission＇s shifting components.
