摘要
为了在装有多档变速器的东风半挂牵引车EQ4195上实现变速操纵的自动化,减轻驾驶员换档的疲劳程度,提高车辆的综合性能,利用理论分析和实车试验相结合的方法,根据车辆动力传动系统自身的特点提出了牵引车多档变速器综合换档控制策略.试验结果表明,针对多档变速器所设计的换档控制方法和换档规律,能够满足车辆在不同工况条件下行驶的要求,达到了预期的目标。
In order to realize the Automatic Shift control on EQ4195 Semi-trailer Truck with Muti-gearshifting Transmission, and the reduction of driver's fatigue of frequent gear shifting as well as the improvement of vehicle performance. A method is proposed where the theoretic analysis and experimental research are combined. An integrated shifting strategy is presented where the characteristic of powertrain is considered. The experiment results show that the strategy fulfills the technical requirement for different road status and achieves the expected target.
