摘要
本文通过详细论证了目前西部资源环境比较突出的问题及其成因,认为只有以伦理信念为基础,西部开发中的环境保护才能有效地得以贯彻落实。
In this paper,we demonstrated the problems and causes of western resources environment in the current,think that only based on ethical beliefs of western development,the environmental protection can effectively to implement.
