Imidazoline type corrosion inhibitor was prepared by naphthenic acid and amine. The effects of tempreture, feed ratio on the reaction product were discussed. The performance of the corrosion inhibitor was evaluated by adopt the A 3 steel in 1000 mg/L HCl + 1000mg/L H 2S corrosive medium.
