摘要
目的探讨桥小脑角区肿瘤的显微外科手术治疗方式、方法及预后分析。方法 回顾性分析65例桥小脑角区肿瘤显微外科手术方式、方法及预后。结果本组肿瘤全切除58例,面神经解剖保留51例,随访1～3 a,面瘫恢复30例,部分恢复8例,无肿瘤复发。结论娴熟的显微镜下手术技巧及熟熟练掌握相关解剖知识,在切除肿瘤的同时,能最大限度保留正常解剖结构,疗效满意。
Objective To evaluate microsurgical treatment of cerebellopontine angle facial nerve tumors and analysis of therapeutic efficacy.Method Retrospectively analyze treatment method and therapeutic efficacy of 65 cases cerebellopontine angle tumors treated by microsurgery.Results 65 cases were resected,of which total resection for 58 cases,the anatomic preservation of facial nerve was achieved in 45 cases（69.2 %）,After 1～3 years follow-up,the 30 cases in all the patients with facial palsy were in good recovery,8 cases recover partially,there was no tumor recurrence.Conclusion Practiced microsurgery surgical operation skills plus relevant anatomize knowledge can reserve normal brain anatomic structure for maximum when resecting tumors,It characterizes with minimal invasion,quick postoperative recovery and good surgical effect.
