摘要
目的改良枕下乙状窦后入路临床研究。方法采用单侧枕下乳突后小“”形皮肤切口，切除听神经瘤３０例，并保留骨瓣。结果全部病例均采用小“”形切口，术后未见明显并发症。结论改良枕下乙状窦后入路是一种微创手术入路。
Objective Clinic study on improving suboccipital retrosigmoid sinus approach for acustic tumor resection. Method 30 cases of an acoustic neuromas were incised ley modified subocciptal retrosigmoid approach with '' incision. Result There were no any complication disease. Conclution Improving incision retrosigmoid sinus approach is a minimally invasive approach for acoustic neuroma insection.
