摘要
[目的]观察柴芩疏利汤合耳穴按压治疗慢性胆囊炎及B超改变的临床疗效。[方法]将80例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。治疗组采用柴芩疏利汤合耳穴按压治疗;对照组口服消炎利胆片和复方胆通片治疗。两组均以7天为1个疗程,连续治疗2个疗程,观察疗效。[结果]治愈率和总有效率,治疗组分别为62.5%和97.5%;对照组分别为32.5%和80%。B超检测,治愈率和总有效率,治疗组分别为60.0%和92.5%;对照组分别为32.5%和75.0%。两组比较,差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。[结论]柴芩疏利汤合耳穴按压治疗慢性胆囊炎及B超改变疗效显著。
[Objective]Chaiqin Shuli Tang and auricular acupressure for chronic cholecystitis and Type-BUltrasonic changes in clinical efficacy.[Method]80 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and 40 patients in the control group.Treatment group Chaiqin Shuli Tang and auricular acupressure therapy;the control group were treated with bile Xiaoyan Lidan tablets and Compound Dantong tablets in the treatment compound.Both groups 7 days a course of treatment,continuous treatment of 2 courses,effects were observed.[Results]The cure rate and total effective in the treatment group were 62.5% and 97.5%;control group were 32.5% and 80%.B-detection,cure rate and total effective in the treatment group were 60.0%and 92.5%;control group were 32.5% and 75.0%.Between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.[Conclusion]Chaiqin Shuli Tang and auricular acupressure treatment of chronic cholecystitis and B-change effect is significant.
