中西药结合治疗缺血性眼病32例疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的:观察中西药结合治疗缺血性眼病-脉络膜新生血管的临床效果。方法:将64例64只眼平分为两组,对照组患者单用PDT实施治疗,治疗组患者在上述治疗的基础上加用中药治疗。结果:治疗组的有效率达到了96.9%,CNV渗漏消失率为93.8%,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药配合PDT治疗能够有效的促进视网膜下层间水肿的吸收,减轻眼底的渗出,可以稳定及增强PDT对于脉络膜新生血管的封闭作用,值得推广应用。
