摘要
目的：探讨视网膜中央动脉阻塞的治疗方法。方法：对用中西医结合方法治疗的４５例视网膜中央动脉阻塞患者治疗前后的视力、眼底和视野变化进行了分析。结果：临床显效２４例，有效１６例，无效５例，总有效率为８９％。结论：治疗效果与发生阻塞的时间、程度和部位有关；中西医结合治疗视网膜中央动脉阻塞有一定疗效。
OBJECTIVE:To search a curing method for central retinal arteryocclusion(CRAO).METHODS:The changes of the visual acuity,fundus and visual fieids beforeand after treatment of 45 cases of CRAO treated with integrated traditional Chinese and westernmodern medicine were analyzed.RESULTS:Clinically obviously effective:24 casos. effectrive:16cases,no change:5 cases.The total curative rate was 89%,CONCLUSION:The curing effect for CRAO is related to the duration,location and extent of the occlusion in artery.The integratedtreatment of traditional Chinese and western modern medicine has certain effect for CRAO.
