摘要
目的:为了解胆道外科术后患者不舒适相关因素,有针对性地加强胆道外科术后患者不舒适护理。方法:利用作者自行设计的胆道外科手术后患者不舒适原因调查表,对62例胆道外科术后患者进行问卷调查。结果:患者术后各阶段存在着不舒适,其主要原因也有阶段性,术后当天主要来自病房环境及监测仪器的影响,睡眠质量受干扰,术后3 d内,(禁食期)主要来自各种引流管道刺激,及生活不能自理,术后1周内主要来自饮食控制等方面。结论:针对患者各阶段不舒适症状,制定具体的护理对策,实施相应护理措施,有效地解决患者的不舒适,预防术后并发症发生。
Objective The Purpose of this investigation is to make out the factors that influence the postoperative comfort in the bileduct patients.Methods By filling up the Self-made questionaire.62 Postoperative patients were investigated.Results The factor which affect postoperative comfort were different during the postoperative days（the operative day、the 3rd postoperatre day、7th postoperathe day）.In the operative day,The main discomfort came from ward environments and monitor instrument influrnce,The third came from drainge-tubes stimulation,and the patient couldn＇t self-care,The seventh day came from diet limit,etc.Conclusion According as above showh,discomfort symptom.we made concret nursing strategry.carried Out accordingly nursing measures,could effectively sove the patients discomfot,prevented postoperative complication occurrence.
