摘要
目的:掌握广西少数民族地区农村居民对传统医疗的需求,了解现有传统医疗资源及其服务利用情况,分析供需差距和存在的问题,为中医药事业管理和制定少数民族地区农村传统医药发展规划提供科学依据。方法:整群分层随机抽样确定调查样本,通过家庭健康调查和医疗机构调查以及卫生统计报表等方式收集数据,全面分析样本县少数民族地区农村传统医疗服务的基础和利用情况。结果:传统医疗服务在广大农村具有较深的根基和医疗需求市场,调查人口中,39.63%的居民有传统医药治疗意向;居民两周患病率为15.24%,慢性病患病率为14.84%;传统医药承担了约1/3的门诊医疗服务量,说明传统医疗服务在少数民族地区农村的地位和作用是不可低估的;但县、乡、村因资源配置水平低而影响了传统医药特色优势在农村的发挥。
Objective： To grasp the inhabitant＇s requirement about traditional medical treatment in Guangxi minority rural area,Find out the existing traditional medical resource and it＇s situation of service utilization,analyze the gap between demand and status and existing problem,to supply the scientific basis for traditional Chinese medicine management and work out a development planning to traditional medicine in minority rural area.Methods： Select the sample through stratified random sampling method.collect data by Family health investigation,medical institution investigation and health statistical returns.multianalysis the foundation and exploit situation about the traditional medical service in minority rural area.Results： Traditional medical service in minority rural area have a deep groundwork and large demand market.Of those polled,39.63% have a disposition to accept traditional medical treatment,Two-week prevalence rate is 15.24%,Prevalence rale of chronic disease is 14.84%,traditional medical assumes about 1/3 outpatient service.All of those prove that we shouldn＇t underestimate the effect of traditional medical service in minority rural area.however,the level of resource allocation is low in rural area,and effects traditional medicine to make the most of the advantage.
