摘要
医药卫生重点学科是医疗科技的龙头。采用目的抽样方法对山东省重点学科建设状况进行调查,分析该省医药卫生重点学科投入与产出情况,确定学科建设在全省医疗卫生领域中的地位,研究其存在的问题,为促进医疗机构的可持续发展提供对策。
The level of key disciplines on medicines and health in general hospitals are an important indicator of academic standards of Shandong Province＇s medical and health.This study uses the Purpose sampling method,to conduct a survey of key disciplines through extracting four of the twelve hospitals.Through in-depth investigating the hospitals and consulting archival materials,the disciplines inputs,outputs,and other related data sources are collected.
