摘要
目的 探讨无缝隙护理模式在精神科住院患者患者中的应用效果.方法 将150例精神病患者采用计算机单盲分组法随机分为两组,各75例.对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予无缝隙护理,比较两组不良事件发生率,比较治疗前后两组阳性与阴性症状量表、精神残疾评分量表及生活质量综合评定问卷评分.结果 观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P<0 .05).干预后两组阳性与阴性症状量表及精神残疾评分量表评分均较治疗前显著下降(P<0 .01) ,生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分均较干预前显著升高(P<0 .01) ,观察组较对照组变化更显著(P<0 .01) .结论 无缝隙护理模式可有效降低住院精神病患者不良事件发生率,促进患者精神症状好转,提高生活质量,有利于确保精神病患者的住院安全.
Objective To investigate the application effect of seamless nursing in psychiatric hospitalized patients.Methods A total of 150 patients with mental illness were randomly divided into two groups ,75 cases in each group.The control group received routine care and the observation group received seamless nursing.The incidence of adverse events was compared between the two groups.The PANSS ,WHO-DASⅡ and GQOL-74 scores of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05).After the intervention ,the scores of PANSS ,WHO-DASⅡ of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment (P<0.01).Each scores of GQOL-74 were significantly higher than those before the intervention (P<0.01).The observation group changed more significantly than the control group (P<0.01).Conclusion The seamless nursing service can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse events in hospitalized psychiatric patients ,promote the improvement of patients'mental symptoms ,improve the quality of life ,and help to ensure the safety of hospitalization for mental patients.
