间充质干细胞分化机制及诱导方法的研究进展

摘要 间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cells，MSCs）为来源于中胚层间充质、具有多向分化潜能的成体干细胞，广泛存在于骨髓、脐带组织、脐血、外周血、脂肪等组织中，在体内或体外特定的诱导条件下，MSCs不仅可以分化为成骨细胞、脂肪细胞、肌肉细胞等中胚层间质组织细胞，还可跨越胚层界限，分化为外胚层的神经元、
