摘要
针对高职学生目前对创业以及创业教育认识的现状,应在强化创业意识、构建合理的创业知识结构;加强心理素质、塑造良好的创业品质等方面进行教育。高职院校实施创业教育的方案是,依托校园文化建设,营造一种有利于创新人才培养的文化氛围;以课程改革为契机,建立开放的创业教育课程体系;以校企合作为平台,丰富创业教育的实践体系;依托师资培训,建设一支"双师素质"的创业教育师资队伍。
On the basis of the current higher vocational College students＇ understanding of entrepreneurship and its education,our education should focus on strengthening awareness of entrepreneurship,constucting rational knowledge structure of entrepreneurship,enhancing psychological quality and shaping good entrepreneurship competence.The entrepreneurship education implementation program in higher vocational colleges should be to create a cultural atmosphere conducive to innovation and personnel training based on campus culture;to establish an open course system of entrepreneurship education taking curriculum reform as an opportunity;to enrich the practice of entrepreneurship education system taking school-enterprise cooperation as a platform;and to build an entrepreneurship education teacher team with ＂Double Quality＂ relying on teacher training.
