摘要
师德师风建设,是学校提升办学内涵、培养合格人才、优化教师队伍结构与提高教师自身素质的需要,是培养社会主义"四有"新人的重要保证。教师只有坚定自己的职业道德和职业操守,不断加强专业素养和道德品质等方面的修炼,坚持求真务实、严谨笃学的师德规范,始终保持对事业、对学生的博爱情怀,才能真正做到"学为人师,行为世范"。
Teachers＇ Ethics construction is the need for the school to enhance its educational content,train qualified personnel,optimize the teachers structure and improve their own quality,is also an important guarantee to develop socialism talents.Only faith in their professional ethics and professional conduct,continue to strengthen their professional and ethical quality,adhere to their ethics norms,and always maintain the love for students and teaching work,can the teachers be a qualified instructor.
