Strengthening cultural quality education is the needs of times,the requirements of deepening education reforms and the demands of training socialist 'Siyou' talents of overall development.With its own characteristics,a higher professional education institute should concentrate on the 'Three Improvements' in order to achieve success in cultural quality education.
