摘要
随着社区卫生服务体系的逐步建立和完善,社区护理服务如何满足社区卫生服务体系的需求将成为护理教育工作者需要考虑的问题,本文通过分析岳阳市社区卫生服务的现状,就社区护理人才的培养提出新的思路和措施。
As the establishment and perfection of city＇s community health service system gradual,it＇s a considering question with nursing education workers that community nursing service how to meet the needs of the community health service system.The paper analyzes the actuality status of community health services in this city,and presents a new way and measure about the cultivation of community nursing talents.
