摘要
以社区卫生服务体系为基础，探索建立慢性非传染性疾病预防和控制模式，通过社区医生日常管理和专科医生定期咨询、指导相结合的办法，早发现、早诊断、早治疗和护理，降低发病率和死亡率，以达到综合防治慢性病的目的。
To community health services system based on a slow and the prevention and control infectious diseases and the com- munity through the daily management and specialists regularly consult and guidance method of combining, found early diagnosis and early, early treatioent and reduce the＇incidence and mortality rate, to achieve a comprehensive prevention and treatment of chronic diseases.
