摘要
教师的专业素质作为教师专业化发展的一个重要方面,应当受到教师自身、学校管理者、教育部门的重视。调查发现:教师专业素质在专业知识、专业技能、专业态度等方面存在问题,应从职前培训、在职教育培训和师德建设来提升职业院校教师专业素质。
As an important aspect of the teacher professional development, the school managers , education administrators and the teachers themselves should keep more attention for it. In this paper, we learn from the teachers＇ professional qualities and put forward the qualities of the vocaional colleges＇ teachers under the background of the teacher specialization and make a further investigation, understanding the present situation of the teachers＇ professional qualities,and then trying to put forward some countermeasures for improving the teachers＇ professional qualities.
