摘要
读者权利是指作为读者的公民依法可以自由地享有图书情报机构提供的各种服务,以获取文献信息的权利。通过对河南省部分高校图书馆馆员、读者及馆长的抽样调查,发现读者权利保障在实践中存在诸多问题,并针对这些问题从宏观、中观、微观三个层面提出若干改进建议。
Reader＇s right is that the citizens,as the readers,enjoy the right of various service provided from library and information institutions freely to access document information.Through sampling investigation to librarians,readers and curators in some university and college libraries of Henan province,another found that reader＇s right protection existed many problems in practice,and put forward some suggestions from the perspective of macro,medium and micro levels.
