摘要
员工绩效考核作为饭店人力资源管理的一个重要环节,对员工和企业的利益都起着举足轻重的作用,从而也会影响饭店的发展。而现在很多饭店只是把员工的绩效考核简单地看成是分发工资和奖金的依据,并没有针对员工的实际情况形成科学的考核体系。应该采用多维的考核体系,从考核指标的量化、考核方法的人性化、考核结果的透明化等多方面对酒店员工进行考核,真正起到激励员工的作用,最终实现企业的战略目标。
Hotel staff performance evaluation,as an important part of human resource management,plays an important role in the interests of employees and enterprises and also affects the development of enterprises.However,the performance evaluation is simply regarded as means of distribution of salaries and rewards in many hotels.There is no scientific system of evaluating the employees' performance.A multi-dimensional evaluating system with quantification of assessment criteria,human-centered assessment methods and transparent assessment results should be established to evaluate the employees in order to encourage staff and reach the final strategic goals of enterprises.
