摘要
社区教育以社区为依托,以全体社区成员为对象,以提高社区居民整体素质为目标,是教育社会化和社会教育化的统一。社区治理是社区发展和基层社区组织管理的发展趋势,也是体现基层社区自治的重要管理模式,实现社区治理的核心要素是具有现代文明素质和自我参与能力的社区居民群体,这需要社区教育活动和内容在结构和功能两个方面做出价值创新,社区教育课程内容在价值方面做出选择。
Relying on the Community and targeting the mass community members, aiming at the arising of the general quality of the residents in the community, the community education is a unity of the socialization of education and the educationization of society. The community governance is a trend of community development and grass-root level organization, as well as the important administration mode of community autonomous. The core element in realizing community governance is a group of residents with the quality of modern civilization and the capability of participating in self-governance. This requires the community education make a value innovation when it choices its content of education in terms of structure and function.
