摘要
通过对25t 轴重机车的动力学计算分析,认为影响25t 轴重机车动力学性能的主要因素在于一、二系悬挂参数,找出了对应于不同性能的优化参数,使得25t 轴重机车的动力学性能达到23t 轴重机车的水平。通过对25t 轴重机车主要零部件的强度计算分析比较,认为由于23t 轴重机车的结构设计较为保守,主要零部件的结构皆能满足25t
According to the dynamic computation and analysis of the 25t axle load locomotive,it is concluded that the main factors influencing its dynamic performance are the primary and secondary suspension parameters.The optimal parameters corresponding to different performance have been found to make the dynamic characteristic of the 25t axle load locomotive as good as that of the 23t one.The computation and analysis of strength of main components for the 25t axle load locomotive shows that the structure design of the 23t axle load locomotive is too conservative and its main components can meet the demands for the strength and stiffness of the 25t axle load locomotive.
