摘要
目的:系统评价清开灵注射液治疗肺炎的疗效。方法:计算机检索PubMed(1966年1月至2010年4月)、EMBASE(1974年1月至2010年4月)、Cochrane图书馆(2010年第4期)、中文科技期刊全文数据库(1989年1月至2010年4月)、中国期刊全文数据库(1994年1月至2010年4月)、中国生物医学文献数据库(1978年1月至2010年4月)及相关会议论文,收集清开灵注射液治疗肺炎的随机和半随机对照试验。按照Cochrane系统评价手册推荐的简单评价法对纳入研究的方法学质量进行严格评价,对同质研究使用RevMan 5.0软件进行Meta分析。结果:纳入5个研究,共440例患者。Meta分析结果显示:与常规治疗相比,常规治疗联合清开灵注射液可以提高临床总有效率[RR=1.31,95%CI(1.09,1.57)],缩短退热时间[MD=-1.24,95%CI(-1.56,-0.92)]、止咳时间[MD=-1.09,95%CI(-1.73,-0.45)]和肺部啰(哮鸣)音消失时间[MD=-1.68,95%CI(-2.82,-0.54)]。结论:当前研究显示,清开灵注射剂联合常规治疗可以提高治疗肺炎的有效率,但鉴于只纳入了国内研究且质量较低,因此论证强度受到了一定限制,有待于高质量、大样本、多中心的双盲随机对照试验结果证实。
Objective To systematically evaluate the efficacy of QinKaiLing injection for pneumonia.Methods We searched the PubMed（1966-2010.4）,EMbase（1974-2010.4）,Cochrane library2010（4）,Chinese Science and Technology Academic Journal（1989-2010.4）,CJFD（1994-2010.4）,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database（1978-2010.4） and the related conference papers,collecting random and quasi-randomized controlled trials about treating pneumonia with QinKaiLing injection.In accordance with a simple evaluation method reviewed by cochrane systematic manual,to rigorously evaluate the methodological quality of included studies,do Meta-analysis using RevMan 5.0 17 software for homogeneous studies.Results： 5 studies,440 patients were included.Meta analysis showed that： compared with conventional treatment,conventional therapy combined with QinKaiLing injection can increase the total clinical effective rate [RR = 1.31,95% CI（1.09,1.57）],shorter cooling time [MD =-1.24,95% CI（-1.56,-0.92）],stopping cough time [MD =-1.09,95% CI（-1.73,-0.45）] and eliminating pulmonary rales（wheezing） time [MD =-1.68,95 % CI（-2.82,-0.54）].Conclusion：The current study shows that treating pneumonia with QinKaiLing injection combined conventional treatment can improve the efficiency,but in view of having only domestic research and low quality,the demonstrate strength restricted to a certain extent,more high quality,large sample,multi-Center double-blind randomized controlled trial results needed to confirm this conclusion.
