摘要
目的:研究 Mg2+ 对急性脑梗死( A C I)患者血浆内皮素 1( E T 1)含量的影响,进而探讨 Mg2+ 对缺血神经元的保护作用机制。方法:采用放射免疫分析法测定注射 Mg2+ 前后 A C I患者血浆 E T 1 含量。结果: Mg2+ 可降低急性脑梗死患者血浆 E T 1 含量, A C I患者血浆 E T 1 由(2273±1317)ng/ L 降至(1522±1165) ng/ L, P< 001。结论: Mg2+ 通过降低急性脑梗死患者增高的 E T 1,对缺血神经元起到保护作用。
Objective:To study the effect of magnesium ion on plasma endothelin1(ET1) levels in acute cerebral infarction (ACI) and the mechanism underlying the protective effect of magnesium ion on ischemic neuron.Methods:Plasma ET1 levels were determined by radioimmunoassay in ACI patients before and after injection of magnesium ion.Results:Following magnesium ion treatment,plasma ET1 levels were signi ficantly decreased compared to that before treatment in ACI patients 〔(22 73±13 17)ng/L vs.(15 22± 11 65)ng/L , P <0 01〕.Conclusions:The results suggest that magnesium ion can protect the ischemic neurons through decreasing the elevation of ET1 levels in patients with ACI.
