脑梗塞患者血浆中内皮素和P物质的含量变化及临床意义 被引量:2

摘要 应用放射免疫分析法(RIA)动态观察30例脑梗塞患者血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)、P物质(SP)含量,其结果表明:(1)急性期血浆ET-1、SP含量显著高于对照组。(2)急性期血浆ET-1含量显著高于恢复期,SP含量显著低于恢复期。(3)急性期血浆ET-1含量与SP含量呈正相关。结果提示ET-1、SP共同参与和影响脑梗塞的病理生理过程,血浆ET-1、SP含量的增高在一定程度上反映了脑梗塞的严重程度。 We have studied the plasma ET and SP level in 30 patients of cerebral infarction(CI) by RIA and have made a dynamic observation in the patients. The results showed that 1.The levels of plasma ET-1 and SP were increased in acute stage of CI as compared with controls. 2. The levels of plasma ET- 1 were increased in acute stage of CI as compared with recovery stage of CI. The levels of plasma SP were decreased in acute stage of CI as compared with recovery stage of CI. 3.The concentration of plasma ET in acute stage of CI was positively correlated with that of SP. The results suggest that ET and SP are involved in pathophysiologic course of CI. The increase of plasma ET and SP suggest the varias degree of CI.
