摘要
从当前高等医学院校实验教学及人才培养的需要,阐述实验技术人员的综合素质对医学院校的实验教学、人才培养、学科发展、科研发展等方面的影响,以及实验教学的重要性、实验教学人员教学工作的重要性,进而论证了实验技术人员综合素质的不可或缺性。
Based on the current experimental teaching in medical colleges and the need of personnel training,this paper describes the importance of the quality of laboratory technicians in respects of experimental teaching,personnel training,subject development,research and development,etc.Accordingly,this paper demonstrates the importance of comprehensive quality of laboratory technicians,and the imperative of improving the comprehensive quality of laboratory technicians.
