组织创新氛围与员工创新行为的演化博弈分析 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究创新过程中企业和员工策略交往的演化博弈规律,构建了一个非对称的2*2支付矩阵,用数值仿真展示了决策参数的不同取值和初始条件的改变对演化结果的影响。研究发现:创新过程中企业和员工交往模式的自发演化依赖于各种策略的相对支付;企业坚持营造创新氛围;促进了员工的创新行为,员工创新行为带来的积极效应促使企业进一步重视创新氛围的营造;企业创新能力的提高需要企业和员工的共同努力。 To find out the evolution principle of the association between enterprises and staffs in the innovational process,this paper,using the method of evolution economics,builds an unsymmetrical 22 payment matrix,and shows the influence of diversity of decision-making parameters and variation of initial condition on evolution result through reliable numerical simulation.The research reveals that spontaneous evolution of association pattern between SME and employees is dependent on relative payment of various tactic,the enterprises insist on creating a climate for innovation can promote the innovational behavior of employees,and the innovational behavior of employees can bring positive effects which will enable companies to pay more attention to creating an innovational environment.The paper points out that in order to improve the innovational capability,enterprises and employees need the joint efforts.
