摘要组织创新气氛是推动组织创新的重要因素。从讨论组织创新气氛与提升组织创新能力的关系入手,对国际上组织创新气氛的相关研究进行了理论分析和评述,提出了我国组织创新气氛研究的重要意义和研究展望。 Organizational innovation climate is one of key factors to organizational innovation. On the basis of discussion about the relationship between organizational climate and the innovative capability, this article analyzed the frontier study in this field and probe into the research meaning and outlook in our country.
