摘要
土地资源的开发利用一直是城市颇为重要的课题。寸土寸金的北京一直在不断重视及提高地下空间的利用与开发的价值。地下空间是建筑的根基,做好地下空间的设计,尤为重要。作为2008奥运村地下空间的设计者,感觉除了奥运会留给我们的美好记忆外,更多的是技术思考。通过北京2008奥运会运动员村地下建筑设计的过程思考,对地下空间的停车功能、地下空间的功能性利用、赛时地下空间的作用、地下空间与景观的交融设计、地下空间的人性化设计以及地下空间的平战结合设计等方面进行了研究,介绍了占北京2008奥运会运动员村总建筑面积五分之一的奥运村地下建筑的设计方式。
The use of land resources is an important issue in the city.Beijing has paid constant attention and given improvement to the use and development of underground space.Since the underground space is the basis of architecture,only with a well-designed underground space can there be a solid foundation.As one of the designers of the underground space of Beijing Olympic Village,I was inspired not only with the glorious memories of Olympic Games,but also with thoughts and ideas in terms of its technic as well as design.Based on an analysis of the design process of 2008 Beijing Olympic Village,this thesis presents multiple aspects of underground space design,which includes its garage function,functional usage,application during Olympic Games,the interaction between underground space and landscape,humanistic design as well as civil air defense works.This thesis also demonstrates the design of the Olympic Village Underground Space,which takes up one fifth of the area of Beijing Olympic Village.
