摘要 细胞程序性凋亡（apoptosis）是一种细胞生理性、程序性死亡的过程,在胚胎发育、组织器官塑型以及衰老和病态细胞清除中起重要作用。各种环境因素和遗传因素导致细胞失去发生凋亡的能力,是肿瘤发生与发展的关键因素之一,因而激发和恢复肿瘤细胞发生凋亡的能力,是肿瘤防治的有效途径。
