摘要
通过分析滨州市主要污染物的EKC及其成因,得出随着人均GDP的增加,工业废水、废气和固废排放总量均呈上升趋势,预计将会分别在2012、2015、2012年达到EKC拐点,拐点处人均GDP分别为5.57、9.63和5.95万元,污染物排放量分别为16 523万t、2 458亿Nm3和699万t;工业COD、氨氮、SO2、烟尘和粉尘排放量分别在2006、2006、2007、2006、2004年达到了EKC拐点,拐点处的污染物排放量分别为43 864、3 070、130 523、30 629和2 261 t。产业结构、污染治理投资和环保政策与污染物的排放量密切相关,通过调整产业结构、加大环保投资力度、制定切实可行的环保政策可以控制相关污染物的产生量和排放量,逐渐实现该地区环境与经济的协调发展。
By analyzing the EKC of main pollutants of Binzhou and the causes.come with of the growth of the per capita GDP,the industry waste water,waste gas and solid waste emissions increased,and expected to be reached the EKC turning points at 2012,2015,2012 reapectively,which the per capita GDP reached 5.57,9.63 and 5.95 million yuan,the emissions reached 16 523 million tons,2 458 billion m3 and 699 Million tons.The emissions of industry COD,NH3,SO2,Smoke and Dust have reached the EKC turning points in 2006,2006,2007,2006,2004,which the emissions were 43 864t,3070t,130 523t,30 629t and 2261 t.The emissions of pollutants have a closely relation with the industrial structure,investment in pollution and environmental policies.It can be controlled through adjusting tndustrial structure,increase environmental protection investment,the development of practical environmental policies,and gradually achieve regional coordination of environmental and economic development.
