摘要
总结了国内外城镇生态建设和评价的研究现状。在此基础上从自然环境、社会环境、环境现状和环境治理4个方面对城镇生态建设指标体系进行，构建了上海青浦区生态建设和评价的综合指标体系。并对主成分分析法进行评述，试图对青浦区生态环境建设提供科学依据。
The paper sums up the studies on the state of city eco-environment construction and evaluation all over the world. From different aspects covering natural condition, social background, environmental status and eco-environment under control. The evaluation indicator system of Qingpu District is set up. The paper also narrates the evaluation method named principal component analysis which provides a base for eco-environmental construction.
