摘要
抗病和感病锥栗受栗疫菌侵染后, 其超氧物岐化酶 (SOD) 活性均显著上升, 至72h 达到最高峰, 但抗病锥栗能持续维持SOD活性高水平状态, 而感病锥栗于接种后144h 开始降至比接种前的水平还低; 感病锥栗于接种后没有产生新的SOD同工酶谱带, 中抗锥栗接种后产生1 条新的SOD同工酶谱带, 抗病锥栗接种后产生2 条新的SOD
In the resistant and susceptible chestnut after infection,the superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity increase obviously,and reach the highest point in 72 hours.The resistant rariety can keep the SOD activity at the high level for a long time after infection,but the susceptible one can not.In the susceptible chestnut variety after infection,no new SOD isozyme band appear,there is one new SOD isozyme band in the middle resistant one,and two new SOD isozyme bands in the resistant one.
